TRAY SEALER MACHINE

    Food products are mainly used in our machine. There may be changes in the machine line depending on the product, its shape and the upper and lower foil material. It can be made into coffee or soup filling when necessary. In our machine, the ready-made container placed in the magazine chamber is taken with the suction cup mechanism, placed in the area on our pallet machine line and carried to the filling area. In the filling area, the containers are filled with the desired precision (according to the fluidity of the product). Then, the machine automatically places the container into the gluing - cutting unit, where it performs the gluing and cutting process of the upper foil. When the process is completed, the machine carries the container to the capping unit and performs the capping process. Afterwards, the container is carried out from the conveyor belt. It is also possible to use printed foil if desired.

    Since all parts, including the main chassis and legs, are made of 304 quality stainless steel and sheet metal profiles, they are long-lasting even in the harshest working environment. It is made using the world's highest quality materials in its mechanical parts.
